Adaptin Bio, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is filing this Notification
of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the “Form 10-K”).
The Registrant was unable to timely file its Form 10-K due to last minute processing delays, including certain adjustments to the text
of the Form 10-K, which delays could not be eliminated by the Company without unreasonable effort and expense.

The Registrant expects that the Form 10-K will be filed within the
15-calendar day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25.
