State v. Zongker - Jail Credit Statutory Interpretation

The Kansas Supreme Court declined the State's request to overrule State v. Ervin, 320 Kan. 287 (2025), which held that a jail credit statute requires credit for all time spent incarcerated regardless of whether some time was credited against another sentence.
