Sierra Club Seeks California Attorneys Pro Hac Vice

The Kentucky Public Service Commission granted Sierra Club's motion to admit Kristin Henry and Nathaniel Shoaff, attorneys licensed in California, to practice before the Commission pro hac vice. The attorneys are admitted solely in association with Kentucky-licensed co-counsel Joe Childers, who must be present at all proceedings.
