Fructis, Damex, Silver-Trans, Kam-Pol, and Kalbrok coordinated fruit purchase prices via instant messaging apps over three harvest seasons (2022–2024), forcing farmers to accept below-market rates. Evidence was obtained from messaging platforms during premises searches at Fructis. The decision may be appealed.
