The Healey-Driscoll Administration released results from a Fire and Life Safety survey of all 272 Assisted Living Residences (ALRs) in Massachusetts, achieving a 100 percent response rate. AGE will require the 36 underperforming ALRs to submit Corrective Action Plans within 45 days, and is launching a new Compliance Verification Form requiring all ALRs to secure annual sign-off from their municipal fire department.
