Fountain Run Water District #1 PSC Formal Investigation Order

The Kentucky Public Service Commission has established a formal investigation into Fountain Run Water District #1 and its individual commissioners for failing to file a rate adjustment application or provide a detailed explanation of why such an application is not necessary by July 31, 2025, as previously ordered in Case No. 2024-00376.
