ENGIE Power Cancels Market-Based Rate Tariff

FERC issued a delegated order accepting ENGIE Power & Gas LLC's notice of cancellation of its market-based rate tariff under docket ER26-1456-000. The filing, submitted 02/20/2026, requested that the Commission cancel the company's market-based rate tariff. FERC accepted the cancellation, removing ENGIE's authorization to charge market-based rates for electric sales in its former market-based rate program.
