Spring 2026 Newsletter: Real Estate Brokers Duties and Disclosures Amendments, License Cancellations

Governor Mark Gordon signed Senate Enrolled Act 37 (SEA0037/SF0105) into law on March 6, 2026, amending Wyoming real estate broker duties and disclosure requirements. The legislation clarifies the statutory definition of 'customer,' affirms that consumers cannot be required to sign written agency agreements simply to view or tour real estate, and clarifies disclosure requirements for licensees discussing real estate transactions. The Wyoming Real Estate Commission Spring 2026 Newsletter also publishes lists of canceled real estate licenses.
