CE Requirement: 5 Hours Fair Housing and Agency for 2024-2026 Renewal

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission imposed a continuing education requirement for the 2024-2026 renewal period (June 1, 2024-May 31, 2026). Licensees must complete a minimum of 5 hours from the required 14 total hours in Fair Housing (2 hours) and Agency Relationship (3 hours). New licensees renewing for the first time are exempt from this requirement. The Commission voted on this requirement at its July 10, 2024 meeting pursuant to 49 PA Code §35.384(b).
