DBPR Supports HB 1341/SB 1394 Enforcement Legislation

The bill proposes expanding ABT Division law enforcement powers statewide, restricting nitrous oxide sales at vape shops and gas stations, enhancing E-Verify compliance, strengthening protections for minors, and increasing enforcement against unlicensed activity in public lodging and food service.
