Abstract
[Problem] The present invention has an object to provide a highly aesthetic cosmetic that is excellent in terms of its stability, finish, and spread ability at the time of application, as well as the durability of layered makeup cosmetics. [Solution] A water-in-oil cosmetic comprising an oil agent and the following components (A), (B) and (C), wherein the following component (C) is contained in an aqueous phase component of the water-in-oil cosmetic,
(A) one or more kinds of silicone selected from a partially crosslinked polyether-modified silicone and a partially crosslinked polyglycerin-modified silicone in an amount of 0.1 to 4% by mass in the water-in-oil cosmetic,(B) a non-crosslinked silicone surfactant in an amount of 0.05% to 1.5% by mass in the water-in-oil cosmetic, and(C) a silicone powder absorbing 30 parts by mass or more of squalane or ethylhexyl palmitate relative to 100 parts by mass of the silicone powder in an amount of 0.5% to 10% by mass in the water-in-oil cosmetic.
