Abstract
Methods and related compositions using Dichrostachys glomerata to provide a variety of health and wellness benefits in a mammal. More specifically, methods and compositions using Dichrostachys glomerata to reduce anxiety, food cravings, stress and improve mood, physical health, mental health, energy and happiness and improve other quality of life factors in one or more mammals, are provided. In one embodiment, a composition for reducing food cravings in a mammal is provided, wherein the composition comprises an effective amount of Dichrostachys glomerata fruit pods provided as an oral dosage unit in the form of a pill, capsule, liquid, lozenge or tablet.
