Published: January 29, 2026 Beginning February 2, 2026, interested organizations can contact the RVI WDB at (304)-368-9530 to obtain a copy of the RFP, OR a copy of the RFP can be downloaded from the RVI WDB website at www.regionviwv.org. On the home page, click on About-Requests for Proposals.

The period of service provision is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the possibility of a renewal contract negotiated for an additional two years, based on yearly performance and cost effectiveness.

All parties interested in submitting proposals in response to this RFP MUST attend a Technical Assistance conference to be held at 2:00 pm on February 13, 2026, at the Region VI Workforce Development Board offices at 17 Middletown Road, White Hall. Further information on the Technical Assistance conference is included in the RFP.

The proposal in response to this RFP is due by 4:00 pm on March 3, 2026, and must be received by post or by hand delivery in to the RVI WDB offices located at 17 Middletown Road, White Hall, WV, 26554. Fax or email submissions will not be accepted. Refer to the RFP for the complete details on the process for the submission of a proposal.

The RVI WDB reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals submitted.
