For Immediate Release: April 16, 2026 EmployNV Invites the Community to Grand Opening of New Hub in Fernley Fernley, Nev. - EmployNV is pleased to announce the grand opening of its newest EmployNV Hub in Fernley, a space designed to serve employers, job seekers, and community partners with comprehensive, no-cost workforce services. EmployNV Hubs in the north are facilitated via a partnership between DETR and Nevadaworks, the workforce development board for northern Nevada administering federal funds associated with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity
Act.
A community celebration and ribbon cutting will take place: Friday, April 24 at 1:00 PM 1320 W Newlands Dr, Fernley The event will feature brief remarks from local and state partners, DETR and Nevadaworks representatives, a ceremonial ribbon cutting, guided tours of the new facility, and light refreshments. Career seekers, businesses and EmployNV managers will be available for media interviews. Through its workforce partnership between DETR and Nevadaworks, the new EmployNV
