Arkansas ATV, LSV dealer rules proposed amendments

Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission Summary of Proposed Rule Amendments The proposed rule amendment adds a subsection to the existing rules regarding facility requirements for dealers. The new subsection is specifically for new all-terrain vehicle dealers and new low speed vehicle dealers in accordance with Act 233 of 2025. The proposed amendment clarifies the documents required to be submitted to the Commission at time of application and renewal concerning the written agreements dealers have with service providers. The amendment also clarifies the information that a dealer shall provide to the purchaser of a new atv/lsv in regard to the service providers the dealer has a written agreement with.
