NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: The Alaska Workers' Compensation Board will conduct a full Board meeting on May 14-15, 2026. This meeting is open to the public and will begin at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in person and via Zoom video conference.

The meeting will be held in person at the following location:
Department of Labor Building
3301 Eagle Street
Hearing Room 208
Anchorage, Alaska

The agenda will consist of the regular business of the Workers' Compensation Board and Division, including, but not limited to, discussion of issues pertaining to the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Act and approval of potential regulation changes. The Board may also conduct other business as necessary and appropriate.

Public comment will be taken from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. on May 14, 2026, and may be extended to accommodate those who arrive before 10:15 a.m. If you cannot participate in person or virtually, you may submit written comments before the meeting for consideration by the Board. Written comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 8, 2026. Send written comments to:
