Casely reannounced the recall of approximately 429,200 Wireless Portable Power Banks (Model E33A) on April 16, 2026, after one fatality and one serious airplane incident were reported following the original April 2025 recall. The lithium-ion batteries can overheat and ignite, posing fire and burn hazards. Consumers are urged to immediately stop using the power banks and contact Casely at 888-964-9331 for a free replacement. The units were sold online at getcasely.com, Amazon.com, and other e-commerce websites from March 2022 through September 2024 for $30 to $70.
