The Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) is holding an Insurance Pop-Up Office in Franklin from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, and Thursday, April 23, for residents of St. Mary Parish and the surrounding area. The Pop-Up Office will include a Town Hall with Commissioner Tim Temple on Wednesday evening at 6 p.m.
LDI team members will be on hand to provide free personal assistance with auto, homeowners, business, and other insurance policies and to discuss other insurance issues like Fortified roofs, Wind Mitigation Surveys, and more. Residents should bring their insurance policy documents to the Pop-Up Office.
“We are bringing the LDI directly to the people of Franklin, St. Mary Parish and the surrounding areas to provide in-person assistance for anyone who has questions about their insurance coverage," said Commissioner Temple. “I will also hold a Town Hall on Wednesday night to provide an update on Louisiana’s insurance market and answer questions from the community.”
