COMUNICATO STAMPA DEL 17 APRILE 2026 DALLBOGG: LIFE AND HEALTH - ESTENSIONE ALLA BULGARIA DEL DIVIETO DI SOTTOSCRIZIONE DI NUOVI CONTRATTI La Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), Autorità di vigilanza bulgara, il 2 aprile 2026 ha imposto alla DALLBOGG: LIFE AND HEALTH Il divieto di concludere nuovi contratti assicurativi o di riassicurazione in tutti i rami assicurativi, di estendere la durata dei contratti conclusi e di ampliarne la copertura. La decisione non pregiudica le polizze finora stipulate. Il nuovo provvedimento di divieto, in continuità con quelli precedentemente adottati il 1° luglio 2025 e il 1° ottobre 2025, è finalizzato alla tutela degli interessi degli assicurati e alla salvaguardia della
solvibilità dell'impresa e si fonda su violazioni della condotta di mercato e della normativa bulgara.
Il divieto è soggetto a un'applicazione immediata e rimarrà in vigore fino all'eliminazione delle violazioni. La DallBogg, compagnia assicurativa bulgara sottoposta alla vigilanza della FSC, è operativa in Italia in regime di libera prestazione dei servizi, prevalentemente nel ramo RC auto e, in misura minore, nel ramo cauzioni.
