Indiana 2026 Session Bills List

The Indiana General Assembly has published its 2026 legislative session bill list on iga.in.gov. The list includes Senate and House bills covering diverse policy areas including human services, elections, criminal procedure, pension matters, water utilities, school governance, alcoholic beverage permits, firearms, and stadium authority. Some bills are marked Active while others have become Inactive after missing legislative milestones.

Legislature Adjourns Sine Die, Weather Delays, Session Cancellations, Code Updates

The Indiana General Assembly has posted routine administrative notices including adjournment sine die of the 2026 session, weather-related scheduling delays for January 26-27, cancelled House and Senate sessions, availability of the 2025 Indiana Code, a cancelled Technical Session Day, and notice of a Joint Legislative Ethics session on March 10, 2025. An electrician services contract award was also posted.
