Doshi submitted 8,599 valid signatures across 8 congressional districts, while Dougherty submitted 9,710 valid signatures. Both candidates exceeded the statutory requirement outlined in C.R.S. 1-4-801(2)(c.5).

The Colorado Secretary of State's Elections Division announced that Jeff Hurd, Murray Smith, and Wanda James have qualified for the June 30, 2026 State Primary ballot by submitting the required number of valid signatures. Hurd submitted 2,005 valid signatures for US House District 3, Smith submitted 2,186 for CU Regent District 2, and James submitted 1,787 for US House District 1, all exceeding the 1,500-signature threshold required under C.R.S. 1-4-801(2)(a.5).
