What changed

The amendments make three targeted changes to the First Schedule of the principal Regulations. For Variable Capital Companies and their fund managers, these amendments simplify the fee structure by removing the inspection fee component while preserving and clarifying the document copy supply fees. Fund administration and compliance teams should update their internal fee schedules and budget accordingly for the May 2026 effective date. The consolidation of document request provisions provides clearer guidance on applicable fees for document copies.
