Austria Semi-Trailer Contract, €3.4M, Winner: Empl Fahrzeugwerk GmbH

The Austrian federal procurement body Bundesbeschaffung GmbH, together with Land Steiermark and Land Salzburg, has awarded a framework agreement for the supply of Prüfzug (test train) semi-trailers to Empl Fahrzeugwerk GmbH. The maximum value of the framework agreement is €3,400,000 excluding VAT, with an estimated duration of 48 months commencing 29 August 2025. The contract was awarded following a negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition under the Austrian Federal Public Procurement Act (BVergG 2018) and is covered by the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA).

Romania Preserved Vegetables 1.9M RON Framework Award to PROVIGO TRADE

A Romanian social services agency, Directia Generala de Asistenta Sociala si Protectia Copilului Buzau, awarded a 24-month framework agreement for provisionally preserved vegetables to PROVIGO TRADE S.R.L. The total value of all contracts awarded in this notice is 1,413,543.96 RON against a maximum framework agreement value of 1,888,986.50 RON. The single winning supplier received nine separate contract awards under this framework between October 2024 and April 2026.
