This is notice of an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) declaration for the state of Hawaii dated April 3, 2026.

Incident: Downtown Hilo Fire.

DATES:

Issued on April 3, 2026.

Incident Period: November 30, 2025.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: January 4, 2027.
