CIGIE Modifies Privacy Act Systems of Records

The Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) is proposing to modify two systems of records subject to the Privacy Act of 1974. These modifications align the systems with the expanded jurisdiction of the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC) and update routine uses to comply with recent executive orders and OMB memorandums. The public comment period closes on March 2, 2026.
