What changed

This Order updates Part 3, item 35 of the Schedule to the Public Defenders Act 2022 by replacing the reference to the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act 1993 with the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993, reflecting the statute's updated name. The amendment is purely administrative in nature and does not create new compliance obligations or modify the substantive scope of legal services covered by the Public Defenders Act 2022. Affected parties should note the updated statutory reference for legislative research and case-law citation purposes.
