the Federal Register. Until the ACFR grants it official status, the XML
rendition of the daily Federal Register on FederalRegister.gov does not
provide legal notice to the public or judicial notice to the courts.

SUMMARY:

This notice provides the names of individuals who have been appointed to serve as members of the American Battle Monuments Commission Performance Review Board. The publication of these appointments is required by section 405(a) of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978.
