| In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Order: |
| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 20 April 2026. |
| Amendment of Schedule |
2. In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015, in the Schedule, in Part 1, in item 1, in the second column, after item (44), insert —
