| In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification: |

| 1. This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2026 and comes into operation on 20 April 2026. |

2. In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016, in the Schedule, after item 213, insert —
