Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it 1
shall be in order to consider in the House any bill specified 2 in section 2 of this resolution. All points of order against 3 consideration of each such bill are waived. Each such bill 4 shall be considered as read. All points of order against 5 provisions in each such bill are waived. The previous ques-6 tion shall be considered as ordered on each such bill and 7 on any amendment thereto to final passage without inter-8 vening motion except: (1) one hour of debate equally di-9 vided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority 10 member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce or 11 their respective designees; and (2) one motion to recom-12 mit. 13 S . 2.
