10-04-2026 Nyhed Varme Forsyningstilsynet har ophævet vejledende materiale om varslingsreglerne efter varmeforsyningsloven. Materialet vil snarest muligt blive erstattet af en ny FAQ.
Den 11. oktober 2025 trådte en ny bekendtgørelse om grundlæggende kontraktmæssige rettigheder på varme- og køleområdet i kraft (kontraktbekendtgørelsen). Som følge heraf har Forsyningstilsynet vurderet, at dele af tilsynets vejledningsmateriale om varsling efter varmeforsyningsloven er forældet og ikke længere fuldt ud retvisende.
Forsyningstilsynet har derfor besluttet at ophæve vejledningen om varslingsreglerne efter varmeforsyningsloven (VEJ nr. 10041 af 16. marts 2022) på retsinformation og fjerne følgende materiale fra tilsynets hjemmeside:

- Spørgsmål og svar (FAQ) af 11. marts 2022
- Vejledning om varslingsreglerne efter varmeforsyningsloven Forsyningstilsynet vurderer dog samtidig, at der fortsat er behov for vejledning og information til forsyningsselskaberne om reglerne om varsling. Tilsynet vil derfor snarest udarbejde en ny FAQ, som skal imødekomme behovet. FAQ’en vil løbende blive opdateret, hvis der efter offentliggørelsen opstår behov for svar på yderligere spørgsmål. FAQ’en vil være tilgængelig på Forsyningstilsynets hjemmeside, når den er færdiggjort.
