The following information is brought to the attention of Andrey Vladimirovich FEDOROV (No. 3), Sergey Vladimirovich BLINOV (No. 12), Denis Gennadievich POPOV (No. 36), Ekaterina Feliksovna TIAMINA (No. 43), persons appearing in the Annex to Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1484 (1) and in Annex IV to Council Regulation (EU) 2024/1485 (2) concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Russia.

The Council envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against the above-mentioned persons with amended statements of reasons.

Those persons are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the envisaged statements of reasons for their designation, before 30 April 2026, to the following address:
