CJHQ-FM Nakusp – Revocation of licence

Nakusp Community Radio Society has requested the revocation, effective 16 March 2026, of its broadcasting licence for the English-language community radio programming undertaking CJHQ-FM Nakusp, British Columbia, last renewed in Broadcasting Decision 2023-77.
Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(f) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Nakusp Community Radio Society for the above-mentioned undertaking. Secretary General
