Vu l’ordonnance n° 58-1067 du 7 novembre 1958 portant loi organique sur le Conseil constitutionnel, notamment ses articles 15 et 16 ;
Vu le décret n° 59-1293 du 13 novembre 1959 relatif à l’organisation du secrétariat général du Conseil constitutionnel, notamment ses articles 2 et 4,
Vu le décret du 16 avril 2026 nommant Mme Catherine LEROY secrétaire générale du Conseil constitutionnel ;
D É C I DE :
Article 1 er. - Délégation est donnée à Mme Catherine LEROY, secrétaire générale du Conseil constitutionnel, à l'effet de signer tous actes et décisions d'ordre administratif et de mandater les dépenses au nom du président du Conseil constitutionnel.
Article 2. - Cette décision sera publiée au Journal officiel de la République française.
