ABEC ABEC has completed its two-year Sunset Audit Review and is scheduled to appear before the Sunset Committee on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 9:00 am, on the 8th floor, Room 825 of the Alabama State House.
The Board and staff have worked very hard to eliminate previous findings/significant issues and not have any new findings/significant issues. I am pleased to report there are no new findings and only one unresolved finding that is currently being resolved. Everyone has worked tremendously hard over the last two years, and the audit report illustrates the hard work and dedication of the Board and its staff.
