BIS Suspends Expansion of End-User Controls for Affiliates

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is suspending its interim final rule expanding end-user controls to cover affiliates of certain listed entities for one year. This suspension is effective November 10, 2025, and will end November 9, 2026, after which the controls are set to be reimposed.
