Maine DEP Second Notice of Violation to Mallinckrodt/Medtronic for Site Remediation Failures

Maine DEP issued a second Notice of Violation to Mallinckrodt US LLC/Medtronic for failing to make meaningful progress on remediating a former chloralkali facility in Orrington, Maine.
