What changed

The Maryland Public Service Commission published an informational webpage consolidating its communications and media relations procedures. The page describes how consumers may file complaints through the Consumer Affairs Division and provides links to recent press releases and upcoming public comment hearings.

For parties seeking regulatory information, the page details: media should contact the Communications Director; Public Information Act requests must be submitted in writing to the Executive Secretary; transcript requests go to CRC Salomon with applicable fees; and organizations may request speakers with at least one month's notice. Hearing room proceedings are open to the public and live-streamed on the Commission's YouTube channel. This is administrative and procedural information only—no regulatory obligations are created.
