ORDER 1. From the side of Respondent No.7, learned counsel has
acknowledged to have received the copy of Original Application. Today, she
apprises us that she represents Respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 as well,
therefore, she may be allowed four weeks' time to file the reply affidavit.
We allow the said time.
- From the side of Respondent No.1- Director, Sovevax Biologics Pvt.
Ltd., learned counsel Mr. Abhay Dhadiwal states that he has received only
a copy of notice and not the whole set of Original Application. Therefore,
we direct the learned counsel for the applicant to provide copy of entire set
of documents through e-mail to the Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1
within 2 days and within 4 weeks thereafter, reply affidavit shall be filed
by the Respondent No.1.

has appeared. He also states that he has not received a copy of the
Original Application along-with documents. Therefore, we direct the
learned counsel for the applicant to provide copy of entire set of

within 2 days and within 4 weeks thereafter, reply affidavit shall be filed
by the Respondent No.3.
