ORDER 1. From the side of respondent no.2- Nanded Waghala City, learned
counsel Mr. S.A. Mulla has appeared before this Tribunal and states that
he has filed his objection against the Joint Committee Report yesterday.
But we do not find the same on record. We direct the learned counsel to
send the same to the Registry within two days and after ensuring that it is
received here, the same will be placed on record.

respondent no.2.

- From the side of respondent no.1- State of Maharashtra, learned
counsel Mr. Aniruddha Kulkarni does not want to file reply affidavit.
- None has appeared from the side of respondent no.3-
Superintending Engineer, despite sufficient service. Therefore, we direct
the Applicant to take necessary steps for service to the said respondents
by both ways (Dasti as well as by Registered Post) and also on available e-
mail/Whatsapp., and submit service affidavit within one week.
- None has appeared from the side of respondent no.5- District
Collector, Nanded. Therefore, we direct the Applicant to take necessary
steps for service to the said respondents by both ways (Dasti as well as by
Registered Post) and also on available e-mail/Whatsapp., and submit
service affidavit within one week.
- Registry is directed to issue Notice to the Respondent Nos.3 and 5,
returnable within 04(four) weeks.
- Applicant is also directed to supply copy of the application and
relevant documents to the said respondents within a week.
- Respondents are directed to submit their reply affidavits within four
weeks through e-filing and also circulate the same to the applicant and
also the other Respondents by available e-mail.
- Put up this matter for next consideration on 27th April, 2026.
