ORDER 1. By the previous order of this Tribunal, we directed the respondent
no. 4- District Collector to verify as to whether the names, which have
been given in the IA No.861/2025 by the applicants, of the deceased
persons, are correct or not and whether the applicants are legal heirs of
the deceased persons? It is responded by the learned counsel for
respondent no. 4 orally that it has been verified and the same were found
to be correct. Learned counsel for respondent no.4 has given consent that
the said legal heirs may be impleaded in the present Original Application
but his reply in this regard is in the process of being prepared. Page 1 of 2
- In view of above submission made by the learned counsel for
respondent no.4, we allow the IA No. 861/2025 and direct the Registry to
implead these applicants as 6 to 9 and further, we direct the impleaded
respondents to file their reply affidavits within two weeks.
- Put up this matter for consideration on 10th of June, 2026.
