NEWS RELEASE | FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE | April 7, 2026

Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ) of a diesel spill caused by a truck crash in Stark County. The incident occurred on April 3 approximately 8 miles east of Dickinson and was reported on April 4. 4 Way Logistics, LLC, estimates approximately 10 gallons of diesel were released from the truck, impacting the Green River and the nearby shoreline. Personnel from the NDDEQ have inspected the site and will continue to monitor the investigation and remediation. Federal and state laws require that operators report the spillage of any materials that may pollute water, air or soil.
