Webster County Water District Rate Adjustment Order Correction

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION In the Matter of:

O R D E R On December 23, 2025, the Commission issued an Order in this matter approving 1 adjustments to water service rates for Webster County Water District (Webster District) in its application for a rate adjustment pursuant to 807 KAR 5:076. On January 15, 2026, the Commission issued a nunc pro tunc correcting the effective date of the rates set forth in Appendix B as on or after December 23, 2025. Appendix B to the final Order, Monthly Water Rates, contained an error. The 3-Inch Meter minimum bill for the first 30,000 gallons is listed as $303.86 instead of the correct minimum bill of $308.14. The number of customers that Webster District listed in the case as using a 3-Inch Meter is zero. Finding that the December 23, 2025 Order as amended by the January 15, 2026

nunc pro tunc should be amended, the Commission HEREBY ORDERS, nunc pro tunc,

that:

1. The rate Appendix B to the December 23, 2025 Order is stricken and
   replaced with the Appendix to this Order.

2. The rates in the Appendix to this Order are fair, just and reasonable.

   amended by Order dated January 15, 2026, that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

2. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Webster District shall file
