The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on March 5, 2026, the City of Wasilla (“Wasilla”) and Eagle Utilities, Inc. (“Eagle”) (collectively, “Applicants”) jointly filed an application to alter the service areas of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate) Nos. 262 and 356. Wasilla holds Certificate No. 262, and Eagle holds Certificate No. 356. Docket U-26-008 was opened to address this matter. The Applicants seek to alter the service areas of the Certificates by transferring the Ranch Phase 1 Subdivision and Panoramic Preserve Subdivision service areas from Wasilla to Eagle.
