The meeting will be held in a hybrid format and live stream will be available on the PUC’s YouTube channel. The purpose of this meeting is to review the current record on Hawaiian Electric’s Retail Wheeling Straw Proposal, discuss stakeholder feedback, and identify the additional steps needed to develop a strong and effective retail wheeling program. This meeting will include a presentation from Hawaiian Electric on its proposal, opportunities for stakeholder engagement, and discussions on key topics such as program design, technical considerations, and procedural next steps.
