Order Corrects Rate Error for Black Mountain Utility District

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION In the Matter of:

O R D E R On March 6, 2026, the Commission issued a final Order in this matter. Upon review of the appendices to the final Order a typographical error was identified. Specifically, the “Wholesale & Leak Adjustment Rate” in Appendix B was incorrectly stated as $6.01 per Gallon, when it should be $0.00601 per Gallon. Finding that the March 6, 2026, Order should be amended, the Commission HEREBY ORDERS, nunc pro tunc, that:

1. The “Wholesale & Leak Adjustment Rate” of $6.01 in Appendix B to the final

Order is stricken and is replaced with a “Wholesale & Leak Adjustment Rate” of $0.00601 per Gallon.

1. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Black Mountain District
   shall submit updated tariff sheets reflecting the correction to the Wholesale & Leak Adjustment Rate.

2. All other provisions of the Commission’s March 6, 2026, Order that are not
   in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.
