BOISE (March 24, 2026) – The Idaho Public Utilities Commission is accepting written comments until late April on an application submitted by Southshore 2 Water Company, LLC to receive a certificate of public convenience and necessity (CPCN). If the CPCN is granted by the Commission, it would allow Southshore 2 Water to operate as a public utility in Idaho.

The utility owns and operates a water system in Nampa, and serves 15 residential customers in the Southshore Subdivision No. 2.

The Commission is accepting written comments on the utility’s application until Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
