  • On 16 February 2026, Eleclink Limited (“Eleclink”) submitted its modified Access Rules for the Eleclink interconnector to the Authority for approval. The Access Rules set out the terms and conditions for access to, and use of, the interconnector, and were submitted pursuant to Standard Licence Condition (SLC) 11A of Eleclink’s Electricity Interconnector Licence.

We have decided to approve the modified Access Rules on the basis that we are satisfied they meet the relevant objectives under Eleclink’s Electricity Interconnector Licence.
