What changed

The Idaho PUC granted IIPA's petition to intervene in consolidated cases concerning the Gateway West 500-kV transmission line Segment E-8 CPCN applications by Idaho Power Company and PacificCorp/Rocky Mountain Power. No party timely opposed the petition. The order requires all parties to serve documents on IIPA's representatives going forward.

For parties to these proceedings, this adds IIPA as a formal intervenor with full party status, requiring all future filings to be served on IIPA's designated contacts. Other potential intervenors should note the Commission's expectation of compliance with Rules 71-75 and 222-223 for service procedures.

  1. All parties comply with all rules of the Commission including Rules 71-75, and 222-223, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075, .222-.223
  2. All parties in this proceeding serve all documents hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record
