l. Description of Request: As a result of a required six-year review process, FirstLight CT Housatonic LLC filed a shoreline management plan update. The update was developed in consultation with stakeholders. In pertinent part, the update expands designations to include non-shoreline lands that are not adjacent to project waters but are within the project boundary, changes land designations with the goal of continuing ( printed page 15986) to limit the potential allowable uses that can occur on these lands as abutting properties become developed in the future, simplifies the requirements and process for authorization of uses, and modifies the fee structure for permit application review to correct imbalances.
